Welcome to the new Merge Today, Inc. blog. Our organization was born from a simple philosophy; Organizations with an exceptional story attract the most talented employees. And employees who are equipped to tell that story will tell it best.
Though this is a new blog I'm not a complete novice to the blogging world. I did write occasionally for my previous employer and one of my current strategic partners, REL Productions. And I currently write with an unbelievable group of business professional and entrepreneurs at the IowaBiz Blog.
I'll be discussing topics including but not limited to executive recruiting, employment brand, personality assessment, improvisation, business development, and more.
